And this is MY idea of "blog candy!"

May 10th Adam's Graduation

What a proud family we were that day! Adam graduated with his Associate's Degree from Ferris State University. He was the best looking young man there to boot!

My latest card creation

3/20 Grad card w/Express Postage
This is a bit of a preview of the project I will be doing at my April crop. I used paper from It's a Guy Thing, plus the April SOTM Express Postage. For embellishments there's twill ribbon, hemp, a window charm, plus some gold staples using the CTMH pivot point stapler. I also did some sanding using a spiral under the New England Ivy CS.

Crop Weekend March 2008

Well, I spent this past Friday-Sunday at a cropping weekend. Had fun and got 10 pages scrapped. How cool is that! Here are a couple of pics of the cropping fools.

Here is the unveiling of my new blog title!

O, happy day! With much help from my hubby and my techno-savvy daughter, I have a newly designed title tonight! Kudos to them for their help and patience in working with me and my perfectionist personality. Way cool results, if I do say so myself!

I really wanted something personalized and was thrilled to be able to put something together that used all Close To My Heart colors. Who knew you can do that with Paint Shop?

Speaking of CTMH, I am excited to be getting my new shoulder tote to taking my goodies to crops and Gatherings very soon! Special thanks to my UL/SIL!

The next thing I need to figure out how to do on this blog is how to upload some photos of my latest artwork using my Close To My Heart products. I got some new embellishments today, so I am motivated to use them on some new LOs.

Plus, I am working on the design for next month's Crop & Create projects. I think I am happy with the criss-cross card I came up with on Thursday. So, that just leaves a 2-page LO to come up with using Good Times and Starstruck, I think.

Wish me luck!

Welcome to my blogging world!

Well, here I am trying my hand at this blogging craze.

My husband took the plunge first a few months ago, and kept us all entertained with his photos from his business trip to Sweden, then continued on with tidbits from everyday life too.

Recently, I have seen several great blogs from people showcasing their stamping and scrapping creations. After seeing all that great work available for sharing ideas, I felt compelled to join in the fun!

So, with Wayne's help, I have ventured into the world of blogging. Wish me luck!
