Get yours at:
Welcome to our Stamp of the Month Blog Hop! We will be featuring October's Stamp of the Month, which is "D1443 Share the Magic" a set of fun, whimsical Christmas stamps.

If you have come here from Shirley's Blog, you are on the right path! When you reach the end of my post you will continue hopping along from the link posted for you.

This month we have another amazing group of Close To My Heart Consultants sharing their creations using this month's Stamp of the Month and other great Close to My Heart products on their blogs. Hopping along with us is simple to do - just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! Here we go!

In September, there was the exciting debut of a brand new how-to program for your scrapbooking (& cardmaking too!) called, "Magic." For this card I have incorporated one tip from the "Magic" book for the interactive element shown:

Project Supplies:
Stamps: D1443 Share the Magic, October's Stamp of the Month
Paper: Mistletoe Creative Basics packet
Cardstock: Colonial White, Desert Sand, and White Daisy
Inks:  Black, Cranberry, Desert Sand, and New England Ivy
Markers:  Sunset
Embellishments: Gold Ribbon from the Mistletoe Creative Basics and Prisma Glitter
Tools: "Wishes" and "Magic" how-to books, Micro-Tip Scissors, Glue Pen, Blending Pen, 3-D Foam Tape, and Glue Dots

I incorporated some paper piecing, as well as some coloring with the blending pen and my ink pads.  I also got a chance to use my new Sunset marker for Frosty's cute carrot nose.

The snowflakes and the snow below Frosty sparkle with the addition of some Prisma Glitter that I applied using my Glue Pen.

When you untie the Gold Satin Ribbon, the flap opens to reveal a family portrait to share with your lucky Christmas card recipients.  Won't they be pleasantly surprised!?!

In the month of October, you can earn the "Share the Magic" stamp set at a discount or even FREE! Ask me how!

Remember, the October stamp of the month is only available until October 31st! Contact your CTMH Consultant (or click here) to see how you can get this stamp set at a discount or even free!

Wishing you a lovely Labor Day

Good news here! I got a new job at work and have started that. Wow! Day shift is a whole other ball game from night shift. I've been on the night shift for several years. Now it seems my kiddos don't need quite so much of my undivided attention and I've gotten a great opportunity at work. So, bear with me as we transition to a different way of living around here.

That's my quick update for you. I will have some new art to post soon. I've completed some fun swap creations and will share those with you.

In the meantime, enjoy a lovely Labor Day with your family and friends! I am!
